Need to rehome an 8 year old American Eskimo Female

I need to rehome my 8 year old Miniature American Eskimo dog. I got her when she was 9 weeks old from a friend who was not able to take care of Snowee, who was gifted to her, I am no longer able to take care of her due to family issues. I am located in Southern California.

Any advice on how to rehome her is welcomed. TIA.
