What ADHD bits have a therapist been most helpful for?
My therapist and I have worked through the majority of the postpartum depression and trauma triggers from medical crap. So we're looking at starting in on my ADHD symptoms and bits.
Problem is, I can't remember a single ADHD thing about myself the second I try to make a list.
For those in talk therapy, what ADHD things have your therapists most helped with? Anything from big to little would be great, to try and spark my own list to discuss with her.
Also, therapy success stories, if anyone wants to share!
