i just started playing! help me with my island layout?

i got ACNH secondhand a long time ago, but i only started “seriously” playing recently! i didn’t think i’d get as addicted as i did…

i’m working on beautifying my island rn and i sort of screwed myself over with the random placement of things. I like my houses being scattered about a bit, but my main structures lack any sort of rhyme or reason. anyone got ideas to improve without spending a fortune moving structures around?

also, i hate quillson. i hate him so much. he’s just so ugly and annoying and this is completely unrelated to the post i just needed to get it off my chest. i’m not kicking him out bc that feels mean but i still hate him
