So... when do we get other fruit?

Hi!! Just a question - I have apples, cherries, and coconuts currently but I was curious about the other fruits and crops (like tomatoes and pumpkins, etc.) I unlocked recipes and I'd love to make some of them but I've only seen Leif selling crops, never fruit.

Do I unlock this later? I just finished the coffee shop and I think I'm through a big chunk of the planned gameplay. TIA :)
