Will was such a bad governor

I can't believe the show ended with him as governor. Vera was by far the best governor (though i will admit she had some bad judgements sometimes). But Will, imo he was worse than Joan and Erica. He had like 10 deaths under his time(no exageration). He slept with a prisoner. Everytime he doesn't know what to do he'd call the ramp with the dogs. Its almost comical how much he does this. He even conviced Vera do it in s1 in her half ep as governor, which caused Erica becoming governor. That's it thats the post. Will in general never suffered much consequences for his actions.
