Extreme nausea and projectile vomiting??

I know gastrointestinal side effects are common but I have been on wegovy since June 28 24, titration up slowly and have been on 2.4 for nearly a month now. I had 1 wave of nausea when I got up to 1 mg, but it only lasted 30 minutes or an hour. Other than that no side effects really. I took my 3rd 2.4 injection yesterday, just felt exhausted last night, felt fine this morning.. but now I am so sick. Why am I all of a sudden getting sick from it? Has anyone else had it happen that way?
