Regret 2 hrs later

So I had a small (very small) piece of steak for dinner, the first time in almost 10 months and had instant regret a couple hours later! I got the most intense stomach pain ever from this. Luckily a few tums clear the pain after breathing heavily and moaning 😂 I WILL NOT be making this mistake again, no more steak while on Wegovy! NOTE: THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND SHOULD BE NOTED DOES NOT HAPPEN TO EVERYONE ON THIS MEDICATION.
