WWE 2K24 MyGM trophies

So I was playing WWE 2K24 MYGM mode with a friend (only for one season), and even though I have more fans and money, he is winning because he has 2 trophies and I have one. I need a suggestion on which trophy I can quickly earn in the next two-three weeks to beat him. (I'm on week 22). Need help asap!
