Long time fine on Vyvanse possible new development

Been on Vyvanse for a while now and the side effects thankfully mostly wore off over time. Got upped to 40mg 4 months ago to help manage symptoms as I switched from 54mg Concerta as it started wearing off way too fast due to metabolism.

But since December when had some breathing problems likely due to a virus. Been taking antibiotics and had numerous scans, blood tests, urine samples taken to be told 'dunno' maybe asthma.

Seemed in the last 2 weeks to have developed an allergic reaction to the wind outside...but this morning and last night did not seem to react to the wind and outside until I took my Vyvanse this morning...then the stomach pain, heavy fatigue and heart palpitations began again with the feeling of my throat and tongue reacting.

Is it possible (much as I bloody hope not) to suddenly become allergic to Vyvanse after taking it fine for so long? Has anyone else experienced this?

Going to doctor to get follow up answer's from an echocardiogram this week.
