Side effects anyone?

Just started vyanase and the side effects so far are disheartening, it’s day 2 and I the days here’s how it goes. Instant burst energy and focus with a side of heart racing a little bit. Not too many side effects until like an hour in and I’m extremely thirsty. Not hungry at all but stomach growling and feeling like I need to eat but don’t want to. Once about 4/5pm hits I have super dry eyes.. then my ears and nose get hot and I feel like maybe my blood pressure is up? I’m not sure if this is normal to experience but I’m only onto day 2 and I’m not liking this. Is it a waiting period to get used to it? Is this normal or not? I have to call my doc next week but just looking for some accounts of how others feel.
