Careful with the oat fiber
I read some warnings about oat fiber, but, being a proper volume who routinely gets over 100g fiber per day I said to myself "ha, I'm not bitch made."
And that was fine actually, had as much as I wanted every day, until it wasn't fine and I was indeed - bitch made.
Had some gallbladder surgery and noticed stomach and back pain a month later, I thought "damnit I have a hernia now". One stay at the emergency room later and no, it was a (thankfully partial) bowel obstruction creating a lot of internal pressure caused by the massive amounts of oat fiber I had been eating.
Feeling better now after cutting my fiber In half and taking stool softeners this week, but just be careful friends I know we think we're built different but it's still possible to overdo it.
