Chapter 35/Fry Scholarship

Hi,

I know for sure that if a dependent wants to use their DEA benefits, the veteran has to remove them as a dependent (apparently its double dipping). But does that also apply to the Fry Scholarship? If removed, how hard is it to get the dependent reinstated after graduation? Thanks in advance.

Update: curious how hard it is to remove and add back spouse?
