Got any recommendations for 18+ places that aren't vile?

I'm really struggling to find a good 18+ world on VrChat because it's all just bars and well... debauchery and that just isn't my group. And the non 18+ worlds have the usual annoying kids. So do you guys got anything or should I just cut my losses?
