Opting out of CAP Program

If I decide to opt out of the CAP Program, but have already gotten admitted to UTSA for biomedical engineering: am I still guaranteed this major when attending UTSA, but after not continuing the CAP program?

This after considering I am not willing to gamble my admissions into UT Austin since the cap program does not offer guaranteed admission into the Cockrell school of Engineering. And I am adamant in continuing my major.
