GIANT BIRD
Has anyone seen this giant bird on campus, it has a big wingspan. Saw it my 1st time a week ago when it surpised me on Gebaur it was eating another bird, it always flies really low around painter and the WCH area. Looks like a mutated crow to me, def not a hawk
