Lcpl looking to stand out for promotion

As most of you know, infantry is a very slow promoting MOS. current cutting score for corporal is sitting at 651 (subject to change) and i am doing my best to stand out above my peers to avoid the 2-3 year lcpl reputation. My question is as follows, will completing the online corporals course make me competitive and how much will the completion of this course impact my JEPES score?
