What is one, seemingly inconsequential thing, that made you like a piece of media less?

A lot of times, something big happens in the story of the show, or there are big changes to the gameplay of the game's sequel, or somehing else major, something that completely changes the media and it pushes the fans away.

And sometime it's something small, barely noticeable that makes you miffed about the media. What are/were those small things?
