What's your worst gaming injury?

Pat's been talking bout his frozen shoulder and repetitive stress injury, Woolie talked about Mario Party stigmata and Kid Icarus wrist destruction; what's your story of game related pain and injury?

Back in the SNES days, we ended up getting a High Frequency® Turbo Controller, that ended up being the best controller in the house. It got used so much that the stem of the DPad actually broke off leaving a hollow, jagged tube of plastic that technically still worked. I can't remember what we rented, but I played a new game for a few hours straight and ended up with a huge blister in the center of my left thumb. It eventually popped and I was missing the skin there and had to put of playing games until it healed.
