Any success stories?

So I was diagnosed with chronic rhino-sinusitis after a full year and a half of constant face pressure feeling drunk and dizzy 24/7 ears popping and green mucus just feeling absolutely horrendous all the time I tried nasal steroid sprays that didn’t work multiple antibiotics that helped but then it came back within a few weeks I’m now waiting for another ct scan on my sinuses and then after that I was told if it shows my sinuses are blocked or still bad which they are hence me pushing for another scan that I will be able to have FESS surgery I’m only 26 and want to just have. A better quality of life I’m just wondering if anyone else has gone threw the same and had a positive outcome after the surgery? I’ve been dealing with this for 2 years now so I’m hoping I’m making the right decision.
