Questel Company legit?

Hi guys! I was just hoping if you guys have worked in this company? Someone posted a job offer (wfh) and I replied to the post and then told me to chat this guy on Telegram so I did and he then goes to ask this details, but I'm curious as to why they needed my photo? I'm new to applying jobs most especially online so I don't know if that's okay or not.
