Pokémon and Final Fantasy emulation

Hi all,

I'm really not very well versed on these devices, and was hoping that someone could recommend me a suitable system.

I'm looking to emulate Pokémon games (HeartGold) and possibly some PSP titles like Final Fantasy.

My budget is roughly 50-100$.

I live in EU if that makes a difference.

I've had a look at the R35s and RG35xx, and I imagine that style of handheld would be my preference.

Please enlighten me :)
