Can someone help me with weird browser situation?

Long story short. I was trying few ad blocking methods from github for Spotify but i failed miserably. I unistalled everything but now somehow only official spotify website can't load. I have error "Failed to connect to the server at open.spotify.com"(on Firefox and Chrome). Even reinstalling my browsers doesnt fix my problem. Whole internet loads properly but not Spotify and idk why. :/

The only working option is VPN but i want acess without it like it was before. Help me guys. xD
