What’s your favorite pre-workout?
Hello! I usually take a scoop of preworkout in the morning before strength training or running. I use Gold Standard which has 175 mg caffeine, 3.3g creatine, and 1.6g beta- alanine. I've liked it so far, I don't feel jittery after I take it and I like the taste but I'd like to try something else.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm trying to do a cut right now as I've gained a lot of muscle in my legs! Thank you for any advice!
