Mots-c to set offset reta fatigue?

Hi everyone, I am currently doing 4mg reta once a week. Initially I lost 1lb a week but now my weight has stalled, as I have so much fatigue and body pain becoming more sedentary. My step count has gone way down and am less active in general. Now I barely get through a single workout a day. Has anyone hear stacked reta with mots-c? Please share your experience.
