Unable to attack

I’m On act 2 and I’ve been playing on Xbox with a mercenary build. My rb and Rt on my skill bind are missing. Rt was just to shoot any sort of skill I had equipped and my rb was a long bolt or something. What the hell did I mess up? I was interacting with the hooded one right before and not sure if I messed up my skill tree or something. I’m so confused 💀 please if anyone knows what I messed up let me know
