When do you know to turn up the spend?
I am running the ads for my job, a B2B manufacturing company.
On Google for 2024 we had a ROAS of about 8.5x while already spending over 200k on the year. I want to turn it up some more but there are a couple issues.
Mainly, one of my bosses is not on board with upping the spend and actually thinks it should get dialed down. I need to convince him this is a very good position that we are in actually.
When ad spend gets turned up, is it dumb to assume the ROAS will stay nearly the same? If anything i would imagine it would only go up since we are generating more leads than before. And we know our ads and system works since we already have that ROAS.
Any feedback helps, especially from other B2B perspectives.
