Covid aftermath new symptoms

Hi all, I’m a 29f diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy, POTS, gastroparesis and suspected heds.

I’ve had sfn, pots and gp for almost 2 years that was not initially caused by covid.

I recently had covid over Christmas and am now experiencing some crazy symptoms and wanted to see if others can relate to it.

There’s been a significant uptick in my tremors, they are there all the time now. Even laying down my hands are shaky and I have that sensation like I need to shiver but I’m not cold. I feel wired and caffeinated and crazy.

I’m also having like muscle shaking.. like when I bend my knees standing my thighs shake. I don’t necessarily feel weak though, maybe a bit? I did lay in bed for the full 2 weeks of Covid but now I’ve been trying to be on my feet a little more.

Muscle twitching has gone from 50 to 100 for me. I experience frequent twitches from sfn but this is weird what’s happening now.. my calves feel like they’re vibrating and when you look closely at them you can see them barely twitching ALL over like the entire thing is twitching like crazy.

My tachycardia seems worse in general and my hands are sweating like crazy. Overall I feel like super jittery like I could run a mile or exercise to get rid of this weird shaky energized feeling. It doesn’t feel normal whatsoever.

I have a neurologist appt coming up 2/6 but I wanted to put this out there as I’m feeling nervous. I’m very nervous about muscle diseases and Parkinson’s etc.
