Aling Lucing's Sisig. What's your take?
This is the fourth time I tried it and first time on their branches (madalas kasi pasalubong or online order). Di ko alam kung sa branch lang. Pero parang di ko siya gusto na niluluto sa sizzling plate kasi nasusunog yung ilalim so nagiging bitter yung lasa. Unless nalang crispy style sisig siya I think thats good with the sizzling plate.
