Spoilers for chapter 1105
Alright hear me out, I know we are 90% sure the ship heading to egghead island belongs to one of the Blackbeard commanders. However, none of the Blackbeard commanders struck me as people who want to save others. WHAT IF the ship heading to egghead island belongs to Soul and the giants from Elbaf? Give me a chance to explain:
Soul’s name was mentioned at the beginning of the arc for a reason, Oda isn’t the type to just drop such hints and ignore them.
Elbaf is actually near egghead island so it makes sense time wise.
Soul was present during the buster call that destroyed Ohara incident and we all know how that went. It would be thematically fitting if Soul shows up this time and ends up saving Punk records.
Again this is just a crack theory I have no way to back. However, I really wish for Soul and the giants to show up as opposed to anyone else.
