LG C2 riddled with artifacts squares after 2 months of use.

I've been using and enjoying a 65 inch LG C2 but today I turned it on to discover that the entire panel is covered with these artifacts, with some of them flashing even on the right side of the screen. Have any of you guys seen anything like this? I'm suspecting I'm gonna need to pull out the warranty.
