Just started my own channel

Hi everyone! I just started my own Youtube channel just few days ago. My subscribers are at 79. And i have uploaded 2 videos so far and the views are around 200-700.

How long did it take for you to reach 100 subs? And then a 1k subs?

Also, how long is your video, how often do you upload and how do you promote it?
