How can i show my brother the right way

My parents always wanted a son, not like they don’t love me. They do love me hai tara i could see a clear difference between me and my brother.

He is 11 yrs old, I cant scold him kutnu ta tada ko kura ho. If i even accidentally scold him; mom will scold the shit out of me (even when its not my fault). Teslai kute vani mai kutai khanxu- j hos tei vayera mero vai le malai manxe gandaina.

He recently said “haha kti haru belong in kitchen. Kta haru strong smart hunxan kt vanda. Dd hajurko kam ni kitchen mai kam garni matra ho.” Mom started laughing like its a joke. Im genuinely worried how he will turn into. He says many stuffs too being racist, homophobic, body shaming and overall disrespectful towards parents too. They laugh it off. When i try to tell him its wrong, he starts hitting me (high anger issues). So, its kinda sad
