Are photos taken during outfield allowed to be uploaded online to our social media on our own accord?

I've seen photos of the ending of exercises posted on stories but I don't know whether it is actually allowed since there's military personnel involved but at the same time it's outside of camp so it technically isn't an "In Camp Photo" per say? Someone please clarify with me tysm (photos taken in the context of using a phone or an official camera from the unit)
