Dealing with vape chamber in bunk

There are 3 guys in my bunk that vapes all the time and despite politely asking them not to do it, they still go ahead with it. I am inhaling second hand vape everytime I am in bunk and I am not comfortable with that.

They were all gangsters with criminal records so I dare not stir shit up with them. How should I resolve this?
