Okay, hear me out. Tier 4 needs to be added, because you typically get your first tier 3 ship at level 16-19. You are stuck getting yeeted by wallet warriors until you can sell enough event stuff to get 1 or 2 pieces of their pay to win arsenal. If their was tier 4, you could continue to progress after having the game for 2 weeks.
