Eating in CDMX with an anxiety-prone child

Hi. I've read all the food threads but still haven't been able to figure this out. We are visiting Mexico City in April, coming from NYC. My 10-year-old daughter has anxiety around vomiting so I really want to avoid her getting sick while we're there. I'm having a hard time understanding what is safe to eat and what is risky. She's a somewhat adventurous eater and loves fruits and vegetables. Will it be safe for her to eat raw foods like salads in restaurants or should she only eat cooked foods like rice, beans, quesadillas, etc.? She loves getting cut mango on the street here in NYC but I don't know if that will be safe. We're staying at a small boutique hotel that offers breakfast and I'm wondering what she can eat there, too. Please be kind - I know this all sounds naive but I'm trying to avoid my kid refusing to eat and having panic attacks. Thank you very much!
