On what is considered short.
Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed some lively debate about what qualifies as “short.” As your resident Minnesotan who has traveled extensively, I wanted to offer some context. While 5’7” is fairly average across most of the United States, the average height in Minnesota is noticeably higher—likely around 5’11”. Anecdotally, my college roommates were 6’4”, 6’3”, 6’5”, and 6’7”, making me the short one at 5’11”. So while none of the cast is actually short, within the four-million-person bubble of the Twin Cities, they might feel that way!
