Legion 5 (RTX 3060) is underperforming severely

So I've owned the legion for like 7-8 ish months now and been super happy with it. As of late though, I've noticed that the performance has dropped like crazy.

It seems that the GPU only draws like 50-60 watts and no more even if performance mode is enabled and the laptop is elevated.

So far I've - 1. Reset Windows 2. Reinstalled my GPU drivers 3. Tried disabling the battery in BIOS 4. Selected discrete graphics in BIOS 4. Updated AMD, Nvidia drivers and BIOS 5. Turned off Whisper Mode, Hybrid Mode and Battery Saver 6. Made sure my power profiles are in order

When I played metro exodus on high settings with RTX OFF, it was running around 87°C and drawing only 50W of power constantly while putting out like barely 30 FPS after maybe 5 minutes of walking around in game. Initially I was getting 120+ watts and stable FPS but that dropped within a few minutes of gameplay.

I see FPS drops in games like Call of Duty Vanguard and Elden Ring too.

I haven't opened the laptop and cleaned my fans ever. That's the only thing I can think of that I haven't tried yet.

I wanna know if any of you guys are facing similar issues or have faced them before with the Legion 5.

Really hoping there's a fix for this or something.

I also had an hourlong call with the Legion Support Guy who told me to reset/reinstall windows and kept telling me stuff that I explained to him already

Feel like my baby is sick as fuck rn man I need help please :(

Solved/update : Had to to clean up the fans from inside. Dust had caked up from months of not being cleaned. Opening it completely and dusting off the intakes and vents did the magic and brought GPU usage and the temps back to the way they're supposed to be.
