any tips?

i am new to drawing and i need some practice ik but i want to know if you have any tips for me in the second slide i have the pens i used (i didnt draw the ear w/ the pen cus i am not sure how it will look) also, ik im not good with symmetry the right side is a bit worse cus i started with the left side. plsss help and maybe recommend some tools or sumth. thank you!!
