university east apartments opinion

anyone got their two cents on university east apts? im considering moving in there next year, im pretty sure its the cheapest apartment option i can get. whats the laundry situation like? any reoccuring issues? are small pets (rodent or reptile) allowed? etc i just want all the info cuz theres nothing online lol
