Beware of spending money in game.

During the recent event bank heist I bought some packs. A few minutes later my game glitches and the screen grayed out so I restarted the game. When I came back, it started me back at the beginning like I hadn't done anything and my purchases was gone.

I opened a ticket told them what happened and asked for a refund. They ask for the order numbers so i sent a screen shot of them along with the time I bought them to prove it was purchased during the event.

I checked today for an update and find they closed the ticket. Their reason was that the time was showing during the last event. So either they are too lazy to do a time conversion. Or it is some kind of scam hoping I give up trying to get my money back
