Weird effervescence in garage door. Do I have a slab leak?
We moved in two years ago. I don't have any pictures but seems it like the area where the garage door is located is eroding. Today I looked and it appear to be somewhat moist in some areas.
We did have lot of rain recently but stopped a week ago. Seems to me like there may be a leak under the house somewhere due to the effervescence. None of the walls in the garage are wet or bubbling.
What could this be?
Gotta add the concrete seems to be deteriorating and breaking apart you can see it in the pictures
