Finally, the cytology results came in!

It takes a whole lotta words to say it's not a tumor but an inflammation, and in case it stays ulceruous and grows more it'd be necessary to have a biopsy. HOWEVER! During the weekend Charlie made so much progress. It broke my heart to have to hold him so forcefully so I could put the creams on him, and had to trick him in order to get him to swallow the drops but slowly the black spot went away from his lump and the lump seems to recede slowly.

Yesterday he was already wheeling more than he's done in the past week or so (usually he just gets on for a few seconds then leaves it) and I tried to experiment if he can chew the dry kibbles, which he can. I'll still feed him soft food for a bit longer but I take all of these to be VERY good signs.

I'm yet to consult with the vet as I've only seen the report but if she sees no reason to stress him out more especially since the lump is so small I don't even think they could do a biopsy on it anymore >.< then I'll keep treating him with the meds I got for as long as they last perhaps, and keep a close eye on him.

But it looks promising for now. I am so relieved I may have cried a little. As always since the members of this community paid for his vet bill I am still so thankful for you guys.

Today he slept on my chest for an hour or so and he did that thing where he falls so asleep he twitches in his sleep. I really couldn't be more grateful that he seems to be on the mend ;;__;; ♥♥
