Front hair styling.

Hello wanted to ask for some advice how to style my front hair similar to the provided picture and also what kind of cut I would need for that (yes I know it's anime/fictional but that's looks pretty simple and able to do in real life to. Like I said just similar I don't need this spiky up saying hair strand xD). any advice how to do it and with which styling products etc would be nice. Also don't know if I took the right flair sorry.
