Best GPU for the value?

With the new 50 series gaming laptops coming soon I was wondering which will be best value on top of its desktop equivalent. The 5070TI, 5080 or perhaps a 4090 (on sale) is what I’m going for. I heard a 4090 is around the same performance as a 4070ti super, but wondering what the other 2 will fall under according to the specs.

ps: been a console gamer my whole life and now looking forward to make the switch to pc
