COVID Commando Packs

Anyone know what’s happening with Covid commando packs? I bought a few last season, they were supposed to come with a VIP match day experiences as well with some special recognition? I think other stuff as well. Tried to email the head office but never heard back from anyone. Would be a shame if the club doesn’t follow up with supporters who spent their money during the pandemic to support both club and front line workers.
