Why was I randomly blocked after 2 weeks NC?

I broke up with her after catching her lying.

I just wanted her to apologise and own up for it, but nothing. Just breadcrumbs on FB about how she misses me.

Fast-forward 2 weeks into NC, I’m randomly blocked on FB.
