99.999% done? Serious help please!! I have everything but am missing a character?

According to the codex I have EVERYTHING however this is stopping me from 100% completion (with no guides until now). What is missing? No book, places etc my entire book is checked off so... what did I miss?

This makes me wanna smear peanut butter on fat kids with allergies!!!
