Waterfowl is bullshit

I'm fighting malenia and the only reason I haven't made it to 2nd phase is that godforsaken anime looking ass move, I try to bait it out at a distance which I can't do consistently cuz Im a dex build, and whenever she does at close range I'm screwed, so how do I dodge it/ stop it? Ik status effects stun her out of it but I can't proc bleed fast enough with corpse piler
