Relosing weight gain question?
I binged my way from uw back to normal weight, except most of the food I consumed were foods like pastries, chips, just a lot of sugar in comparison to when I was restricting at my lw, I was prioritizing protein and fiber, and only eating greek yogurt, tuna, eggs, veggies, and ls oatmeal... For those who were uw and gained weight and then went back to lw, did your body composition change, or did the foods you ate affect how your body looked? Also, I've noticed body acne and a lot of redness and irritation from the binging; what does this mean?
